Sam first photographed my daughter at an equestrian vaulting competition in 2016. We participate in most equestrian disciplines, however vaulting presents many unique challenges to those photographing it. The vaulter is constantly changing from one movement to another, and they want to be photographed at the top of the movement. Add to that the desire for the horse to be captured in the optimal stride for the gait it is in and you have a very challenging task for the official photographer! Sam’s commitment to capturing perfect moments and his genuine interest and love for horses was most impressive at this first meeting. Since then, Sam has been our preferred official photographer at all vaulting events due to his deep understanding of what it takes to capture that perfect stride with the vaulter in their ideal position. His understanding of our sports unique needs and of equine behaviour means that he is able to move unobtrusively through our events, taking amazing photographs that most photographers would miss, without causing a ripple. While Sam is always the consummate professional, he quickly became part of our vaulting family. His artistic talent and love of horses combines, resulting in images of the highest quality. He will always be our first choice for our event photographer.

I was lucky enough to have a shoot done earlier in the year with SNP and the results were amazing. He captured my fur babies so perfectly and the results were simply stunning.
